Black Lives Matter at School week of action
Updated: Oct 6, 2018
Our site was born during the first Black Lives Matter week of action in schools. Led by teachers in Philadelphia, Seattle, and more cities across the country, this week symbolizes the need and hope for radical, critical, anti-racist work in our schools. In this post, we share resources and news about this week's meaning and event. We also take this time to think about what this means in our homes and for our own work with our families. How can we bring this week of action into our homes? How can we support this action if/when our child's school does not?
